I am currently offering a traditional prenatal class series, a Hypnobirthing class series, and my signature pregnancy course Journey Home Prenatal. Hypno-birthing prenatal class

This is a 5 x 2.5 hrs prenatal class series that covers all you need to know in preparing for your gentle, calm birth experience through the use of hypnosis to release fear and tension in the body. For more information please visit:

Classic Prenatal Class

This is a 3 x 2 hrs informational prenatal class series covering topics such as late pregnancy, labour, birth, special circumstances and the postpartum period

Journey Home Prenatal class

This is a 3 x 2 hrs class series. This is a not your usual prenatal class. Here we discuss more common social and emotional experiences in pregnancy and the postpartum period with the goal of preparing for a more empowered and peaceful journey into parenthood

PArent's Group

Any one who attends any of the listed classes will be invited to join our parents group for the opportunity of on-going connection, online and in-person, with a community of new parents
